Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Process Engineer

to support continuous productivity improvement, equipment efficiency, plant utilities management, and engineering development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct process engineering studies for all machines to improve performance, optimize utilization, and reduce breakdowns. Implement and maintain approved documentation to ensure compliance with company standards. Plan, organize, and monitor new product, equipment, and process development projects. Analyze, prepare, and present process engineering reports to management. Manage ordering, receiving, and verification of raw materials and spare parts for projects and maintenance. Oversee utility systems (power, air, and other utilities) to ensure availability and efficiency for plant operations. Participate in Kaizen, 5S, EMS, and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational performance. Collaborate with internal departments and vendors for project planning, factory layout, and line modification (reset-up). Troubleshoot, investigate, service, and recommend solutions for machine breakdowns, production jigs, and tools. Prepare, review, and evaluate project cost analysis and proposals. Support in-house machine and equipment fabrication activities.

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Fabrication, Tool & Die, Welding, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Basic knowledge of welding processes and equipment maintenance. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/automotive/industrial environment. Good communication skills in

Bahasa Malaysia & English

(both written and spoken). Computer literate and proficient in

Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
