Job Responsibilities:

Provide production technical guidance to ensure smooth operations. Analyze and control process abnormalities, and develop preventive measures. Create and maintain process workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Identify product, process, or quality defects and track improvement actions. Perform maintenance and upkeep of related production equipment. Lead technical support and follow-up during PP (Pilot Production) and MP (Mass Production) phases. Monitor key reports from maintenance, production, and QC to identify and solve potential issues. Assess tooling/fixture needs, propose procurement or design solutions, and manage equipment. Drive continuous improvement of products and processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electronics, Information Technology, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a PE or maintenance role within an electronics manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills to analyze sudden process abnormalities and provide solutions. Familiarity with production, maintenance, and QC reporting. Experience in new product introduction (NPI) and technical data handover for pilot production. Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and support production needs, including occasional travel.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:
