Job Responsibilities:

Develop solutions to improve product quality, yield, output, cost, & reliability Establish process control and monitoring systems to improve process stability and capability Define process specifications, set up and qualify process equipment, including carry out process validation Provide technical support to production Perform product failure analysis and problem-solving Conduct evaluation studies and prepare engineering reports Coordinate ECN applications and ensure proper implementation of ECN Ensure product and process compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any field relevant to Engineering/Science Preferably with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Process Engineering or production Equipped with statistical data analysis skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude Able to work in a team to execute projects and strive for excellence Able to work independently, and be structured and systematic when working with cross-functional teams Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients Analytical/Quality tools: SPC, DOE, Control Charts, FMEA, DMAIC, Fishbone diagram, etc Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Required computer skills : Microsoft Office, Minitab
