About the Role

As a Process Engineer at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for analysing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on process optimisation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, efficiency, and compliance.

What You Will Be Doing:

Analyse and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement new processes, tools, and systems to enhance productivity and quality. Conduct time studies, process simulations, and root cause analyses. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. Train production staff on new processes and equipment. Prepare technical reports and present findings to management.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management systems. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Mandarin is an advantage). Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
