Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Process Engineer (Plating Process)

to maintain, optimize, and improve our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that process quality, yield, and productivity targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee plating process performance and conduct root cause analysis on failures. Investigate process issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process capability and yield improvement initiatives. Coordinate troubleshooting for process problems and yield losses. Drive continuous improvement projects and develop best practices for long-term solutions. Perform statistical data analysis to support process improvements and interpret technical results. Apply structured problem-solving methods including FMEA and risk analysis.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering or Science (Chemical Engineering preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software applications. Minimum

5 years' experience

in manufacturing engineering, specifically in

electroplating processes

. Experience in the

leadframe manufacturing industry

is highly preferred. Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization and with suppliers/customers. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to resolve cross-departmental issues effectively. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proven capability to implement improvement activities to enhance productivity and profitability.

Mature, energetic, and enthusiastic personality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confident, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
