Job Description

To handle new product transfer Ensure products are built within specification and conformaed to qualify requirement. Study and initialize requesting for all tool, machine, mating connectors, documentation for new product. Create Lot traveller, Electrical Test progreamme, process operation SOP First build of new product and transfer new process technologies to production staffs Reliable of meeting the requirement of quality specicfiaction of manufacturing processes and products. To maintain and improve manufacturing processes product quality as well as equipment performance. Follow up and monitor ECN and Deviation Note . Handling of fabricate test jig and prcess jig and fixture. Control of internal and external equipment calibration. Scheduling machine and equipment preventive maintanance . Work with technician to ensure maintenance compliance . Control of tooling, machine spare part, test jig spare part. Handling RMA and failure analysis for raw material Provide technical support and guidance to production staff.
