About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Process Engineer
to oversee, analyse, and optimise manufacturing processes within ametal / engineered products environment
. This role focuses on improving productivity, quality, and efficiency through process optimisation, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and experienced in
manufacturing operations involving steel, metal products, engineered components, building materials, or automotive-related production
.Key Responsibilities
Design, optimise, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes within formwork and steel-related production. Analyse existing workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Develop and maintain
process flow diagrams, material balances, and value stream maps
. Conductmotion time studies
and analyse process efficiency. Review rejection trends, quality issues, and implement corrective and improvement actions. Implement and monitorprocess control systems
to ensure consistency and compliance. Develop, review, and updateStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and work instructions. Utiliseprocess simulation and statistical analysis tools
to support optimisation initiatives. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. Prepare reports to document process performance, changes, and improvement outcomes. Perform other related duties as assigned.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
