To enhance our successful Operations Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate Process Engineer - Production (Assembly - UBY/ MFE/ HPR) Your Responsibilities Work for project management, tools installation and qualification to meet the milestone set Coordinate the Assembly process activities with other departments related to machine or material suppliers Develop qualification plans, design of experiment (DOE), Design Process and Device/product FMEA and evaluation/qualification procedures Ensure proper pass down information in accordance to the company standards and templates Responsible on improving and maintaining the yield in accordance to the plant yield roadmap, able to sustain target yield and output capacity thorough compreghensive continuous improvement and projects. Focus on executing of process root cause and recovery during releasing of machine, validate the completion of supplier modification/engineering fixing and overview the process to be more healthiness Involve in Training Execution to bring up whole Production Team with adequate process controls and recovery plans Your Profile Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or Material Science fields or equivalent Minimum 3 years of working experience in backend assembly e.g Solder bumping, SMT, Flip Chip & etc UBY (Uball) - Familiar with assembly process such as Flux/ Solder Paste Printing, Component/ Ball placement, reflow profiling and AOI Inspection MFE (Manufacturing Engineer) - Good understanding of Assembly process and experience in process integration/ yield enhancement/ development & etc HPR (High Pressure Rinse) - Wet line process related experience Experience in Semiconductor or PCB or Substrate Fabrications, Wafer Fabrication or equivalent, (required to work in clean room enviroment) Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to lead teams of Engineers, Technicians to meet strict installation and qualification milestone Our Offer Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC A chance to actively contribute to AT&S success and to create value A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment Attractive and competitive compensation package Ready for a new challenge to advance your career It s just a click to apply online.
