Job? Responsibilities:

Ensure stable production processes by minimizing abnormalities, defects, and rework. Improve productivity and efficiency through process layout and parameter optimization. Conduct quality analyses and implement improvement actions to reduce defects and enhance yield. Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for smooth transition from R&D to mass production. Create and maintain standardized process documentation (WI, SOP, process parameters). Lead or support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency projects in compliance with ISO/IATF standards. Utilize process and quality tools (FMEA, 5Why, SPC, DOE) to strengthen stability and solve production issues. Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators to enhance process capability.?

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field. Minimum 2 years experience in process engineering within manufacturing; semiconductor, electronics, or precision component industries preferred. Hands-on experience in production line optimization, yield improvement, and quality system compliance.

Business Unit: Sensor and Semiconductor Location: Senai Ipark Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (5 days works)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
