Job Description

:

Support in new product design and drawing. Support in study and evaluation for product and quality improvement. Responsible in developing the SOP/ work instructions. Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/ processes related to efficiency. Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of injection moulding principles and polymer behavior Hands-on experience with injection moulding machines Understanding of mould design Expertise in defect analysis and troubleshooting Experience with scientific moulding and process validation Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and root cause analysis tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mould designs Basic understanding of automation and robotics (preferred)

Software & Tools

Experience with process monitoring systems and data analysis tools Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is an advantage Proficiency in MS Excel and manufacturing documentation systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field Experience in regulated industries (automotive, medical, plastic packaging) is an advantage Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 (as applicable)
