Job Overview

We are seeking 5 dynamic

Process Engineers

to join our manufacturing facility. This role supports production across 5 plants, focusing on resolving line issues, driving process improvements, and optimizing performance to achieve quality and cost goals.

Key Responsibilities

Address production line issues, product defects, and Material Review Board (MRB) concerns across five plants. Implement process improvements to enhance output, reduce costs, and minimize downtime. Optimize cycle time, scrap rate, and tool life through engineering solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and process capability analysis (Cp, Cpk). Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical guidance to production teams. Prepare reports on process performance, reject rates, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing process engineering. Proficiency in data analysis; experience with CAD, Minitab, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to travel between plants as needed.
