Job Description

We are seeking qualified Process Engineers to join our manufacturing operations. The selected candidates will support production activities across 5 plants, focusing on process optimization, problem resolution, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence in quality, cost, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve production line issues, product nonconformities, and MRB (Material Review Board) matters. Implement and sustain process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize equipment downtime. Optimize cycle time, material yield, and tooling performance through systematic engineering analysis. Conduct feasibility studies and process capability evaluations (Cp, Cpk). Provide technical support and guidance to production teams in real time. Prepare and maintain reports on process performance and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronics process engineering. Proficiency in data analysis; experience with CAD, Minitab, or ERP systems (such as SAP) is advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Willingness to travel between manufacturing plants when required.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
