Job Description

To develop and maintaining the production process flow in order to achieve optimum production target in term of productivity , quality and material cost control .

To develop training material and provide training to production operators, monitor and ensure full process compliance.

Continuously improvement of production yield , scarp rate and throughput time.

To work closely with quality department and provide process improvement plan/ solution for any process quality related issue.

Conduct product / process analysis and provide improvement plan for any customer related quality complaint.

Prepare process standard SOP , review periodically to ensure SOP are up to date and being practiced

Review daily / weekly/ monthly process related performance indicators , analysis the data and develop necessary improvement plan.

Ensure process data integrity are adhered to.

Assist in maintaining production quality and safety standard in order to minimize industrial accidents , scarp and reject rate .

Participate and carry out and other duties as assigned by Superior management / HOD

Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders (including China)

Requirement:
College degree or above, science and engineering majors are preferred;

With factory quality engineering or quality management, 2 Years of work experience;

More than one year working experience in electronic products or auto parts or magnetic device manufacturing enterprises is preferred;

Have good analysis and judgment ability, problem-solving ability, strong logical thinking ability, quick thinking, able to do things, good at communication, team spirit, able to bear pressure;

Familiar ISO9001,learn IATF 16949 priority;

Good English reading, writing and communication skills, Cantonese or Chinese is preferred;

Candidates fluent in Mandarin is a must as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customer.

Diligent work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
