Job Description

Plan, design, and deliver engineering solutions for

water and wastewater treatment projects

. Lead and support

technical design, R&D, and value engineering

activities to improve system performance and cost efficiency. Coordinate technical matters during

project execution

, ensuring design accuracy, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Prepare and review

technical proposals, evaluations, and engineering documentation

. Ensure compliance with

Environmental Quality Act 1974

and relevant industry guidelines. Liaise with

authorities, clients, and consultants

to secure approvals from planning through construction and final handover. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance

product competitiveness, sustainability, and project quality

. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Specification

Basic Qualification

:

Bachelor's degree in chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Process Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

:

Minimum 2-5 years' experience in process design, wastewater treatment, or related engineering field.

Skills

:

1. Process design and simulation for wastewater treatment.

2. Knowledge of wastewater technologies (DWW & WIW).

3. Plant operation monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

4. Preparation of technical drawings, proposals, and authority submissions.

5. Data analysis and process improvement.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

7. Effective communication and stakeholder management.

8. Decision-making and leadership potential.

9. Team collaboration and mentoring capability.

10. Time management and multitasking under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
