Position Title : Process Engineer SMT

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM4,000 - RM6,000

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 To improve, modify and simplify assembly processes for new and existing models.

\xc2\xb7 To carry out the process improvement activity.

\xc2\xb7 To involve in new model trial run activity for process related matters, e.g. assembly process, line layout, cycle time and line balancing.

\xc2\xb7 To prepare Standard Operating Procedure, Process Change Instruction, Flow charts, and other documents related to process engineering.

\xc2\xb7 To follow up and arrange for internal and external equipment calibration.

\xc2\xb7 To involved in PCB development & machine capability

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering degree required.

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years experience in related field.

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with common manufacturing processes; SMT (Printer,Chip Mounter, Reflow Oven & AOI), Manual Assembly,wave soldering, functional testing, etc. Innovative, self-motivated and have a good analytical mind.

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point ,able to review & edit gerber file.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to identify, break down , troubleshooting and solve technical problems.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
