Process Engineer

Job Description
Improve operation efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, existing processes, space requirements and equipment layout Monitor and control quality and consistency of machine operation using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Implement continuous improvement in production using Kaizen, LEAN and Six Sigma concepts Develop detailed understanding in oil packing production processes. Resolve process and quality issues using 7 QC tools Prepare process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends Work closely with the maintenance department to implement Total Productive Maintenance Work closely with Prod SV and Operation personnels to achieve and maintain production targets Monitor and improve OEE Develop and maintain PFMEA and Control Plan Develop and maintain Production SOP and work instructions (WI) Develop and provide OJT for operators Advise management on technical matters Make recommendations for and provide technical support of facility capital expenditures
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment (preferably in oil packaging or similar industry). Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
