As the Director of CONNECT, I am thrilled to announce exciting opportunities for Process and Project Engineers to join the ground-breaking project titled "Scale-Up of Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production and Storage for Fuel Cells and Energy Storage Devices" at the Center of Excellence for NaNo Energy & Catalysis Technology (#CONNECT), Xiamen University Malaysia (#XMUM).
This initiative, in direct collaboration with local industry and MOSTI in Malaysia, offers a unique chance to contribute to pioneering advancements in sustainable energy technology, creating real impacts in Malaysia and beyond.
At CONNECT, we are building a prototype green hydrogen production system as part of this inspiring project. This cutting-edge system aims to advance clean energy solutions, positioning Malaysia at the forefront of sustainable technology development.
Qualifications:
Open to local candidates only
Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent (PhD holders will also be considered)
Extensive experience in 3D printing and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks and AutoCAD)
Proficiency in reactor design and prototype setup
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot prototypes
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
