Work closely with business partners and internal stakeholders to identify key pain points, opportunities in product development and to come up with the plan to launch products and campaigns.
Manage end-to-end process from ideation to completion (viability assessment, determine system requirements and perform UAT, support distribution channels, post product launch monitoring, prepare reports).
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Analyze and address data from various sources to drive operational excellence and risk mitigation.
Maintain product T&Cs, documents and processes to ensure compliance with all policies and BNM requirements.
Monitor and report product performance (both financial and non-financial) and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Identify frauds, mis-selling, scams and client dissatisfaction.
Oversee multiple processes and ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and for reporting purposes.
Drive process improvement - define current state, identify gaps/opportunities and come up with solutions.
Work with Risk Team to define, establish and manage process controls.
Partner with team members and key stakeholders to implement policies and procedures.
Key Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field (MBA or equivalent).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Previous working experience as a Product Operations Manager or Product Manager in remittance area.
Data-driven and have the ability to extract insights from raw data.
