Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in PCB Assembly environment.
• Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Statistical Tools.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Skills required: Knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction) process, Proficiency in CAD software and Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain Engineering sample boards.
• Evaluate and approve locally-sourced materials.
• Procure, evaluate, and maintain Firmware and Device Programming Files
• Procure, evaluate, and maintain Label Files
• Design and generate Label Files
• Procure and maintain PCB Gerber files
• Maintain Firmware, Device Programming Label, and Gerber files in the share directory
• Support new product introduction (NPI), strategic projects and engineering change activities.
• Analysis and Debug of production and burn-in rejects
• Identify methods and means to reduce rejects and implement improvements in production
• Generate burn-in set-up and improve burn-in methods
• Coordinate proto-type and Pilot Runs
• Communicate with Customer on product issues pertaining to BOR, ECO, PDR, Drawings, Gerber files, Program Files,
• Pilot run schedules, Product Cost, etc
• Active involvement in product Quality and cost improvement activities
• Determine and improve product testing methods
• Ensure sub-ordinates are properly trained and motivated for improved performance as a team
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by superior.
