Job Description

:

Responsible for handling and driving the production line performance in preparation and UHT processes, ensuring all operations adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality standards. This includes ingredient preparation, sterilization, monitoring, cleaning, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Run the production line (Agriflex, SPX Plant) efficiently and safely. Conduct CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes and manual cleaning of the line. Supervise and monitor preparation and sterilization processes. Prepare recipes according to production schedules, ensuring ingredient quantities align with the recipe. Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and product flow; take immediate action when parameters are out of specification. Check batch numbers and expiry dates of ingredients; ensure FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) practices are followed. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the production area and equipment. Conduct cleaning of tools, equipment, and weekly line cleaning. Fill in production and preparation documents/forms accurately. Obey company rules and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment. Certificate or Diploma in a related field. Able to understand and communicate in English; fluent Bahasa Melayu preferred. Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and basic understanding of production systems. Strong leadership, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and drive for results. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to work in rotating shifts and beyond normal working hours when required. Preferably able to start immediately.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic mechanics knowledge of production equipment. Teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and adherence to SOPs. Ability to handle high-pressure production environment.

Pay: Up to RM2,443.61 per month
