Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation or related Engineering disciplines Min 1-3 years related experience in Semiconductor manufacturing background or relevant experience from other industry such as plastics vacuum thermal forming, tooling, equipment Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply Possess good knowledge in Carrier Tape & Cover Tape Processes are the added advantage Familiar with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other Problem-Solving skills Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work independently to execute the actions in fast paced environment Team player, can-do attitude, strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and report writing skills. Ability to listen / read/ write Mandarin is a MUST for dealing with China headquarter personnel directly

As a Process & Product Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. You will also be required to identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing process related problems by applying problem solving methodology such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC etc. Other key responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out process, equipment and material preventive maintenance/optimization/ evaluation to implement changes at process step, leading and participating in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, handling new process/product qualifications and managing, auditing and liaising with cross functional team to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives.

Maintain, Evaluate and Improve Processes, Materials, and/or Equipments Optimize process and/or equipment variables by apply DOE techniques Define voice of process (VOP) and center the process (CP/CPK) Determine root cause, implement corrective actions, improvement actions and control plan Define and maintain operation procedures
