Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate diploma,equivalentat least 2 years of working in cnc milling and turning
Able to interpret understand machanical and technical drawing
Ability to trouble shoot toolin, jig and fixture relate problems
Capable to operate and control process cnc miling &turning machine
Able to handle fa improvement cycle time and process
Cnc milling and turning jig & fixture design
Self-motivated independent and able to work wthin tight deadlines
Strong time management skill with the abality to effectively coordinate multiple project knowledge in solidworks or cam software is added advange
Responsibilities
Attend meeting on customer / internal for technical discussion
Troubleshoot production rejection quality safety and to maintain good morale of production team
Generate general pi for production
Updation and maintanance data relate to project management plan process drawing conformation and routing system
Performing rework process by creating and design jig
Performing rework at the production place if any quality issue
Performing rework verification for rework test process
Updating process and cycle time record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
