Key Responsibilities:

Perform

process design

, including mass and energy balances, thermodynamics, heat transfer, PFDs, P&IDs and equipment/instrument sizing. Lead and manage

EPCC project execution

from concept through commissioning. Conduct feasibility studies and oversee conceptual and detailed engineering. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil teams to integrate process requirements. Manage vendor selection, equipment procurement and technical clarifications. Support HAZOP studies, safety reviews and risk assessments. Participate in the Management of Change (MOC) process. Oversee site activities, contractor supervision and commissioning. Drive

continuous improvement

in design, cost control and safety performance. Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies.

Requirements :-

Bachelor's Degree in

Chemical Engineering

or equivalent. Experience in both

process design

and

project management

. Skilled in technical calculations, equipment specification, and process documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and

AutoCAD

. Knowledge of

production processes

, quality standards and safety regulations. Permanent vacancy based in PJ, Selangor area
