Key Responsibilities: Lead and responsible for process improvement and change management projects/initiatives for Asset Management Operations and Trustees Operations Responsible in managing of large projects and programs, from initiation through to closure and review to agreed time, specification & budget to meet business and customer targets Accountable in driving process efficiency review and initiatives that will deliver measurable and quantifiable benefits Delivering and managing sustainable and robust capacity management and visual performance management solutions for the department. Lead in reviewing and defining the content of weekly/monthly reporting to senior management (CHOO and above) Continue to establish, organize and attend meeting with internal stakeholders for PSC, PWG and any committees (by invitation) Responsible in conducting and facilitating internal project management training such as six sigma, UAT or business analysis Responsible on the review, alignment and/or implementation of Group-wide policies, guidelines and/or procedures on RIBGO related matters, wherever feasible and applicable. Support, lead and manage the teams to complete projects in a timely and cost effective manner and in line with the policies of the Group / Company. Support, lead and manage regional projects including Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, and Cambodia May be required to travel and to work overtime/odd hours/on weekends for system testing and deployment. Requirements: Min. bachelor degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Project Management or other related fields. Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent 10-15 years\' experience in related Financial Services Industries and/or Project Management Proficiency in MS Office tools e.g. Visio, Project, Words, Excel, Power Point, etc is a must. Knowledge in Investment Banking and Asset Management Operations and/or relevant experiences would be an added advantage Consulting firm experience an added advantage Good project management and change management skills Profound analytical, logical thinking, and problem solving skills Fast, positive and open-minded conceptualization and articulation skills Strong business writing and presentation skills Strong corporate communications skills.
