Your tasks
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Setup and start operation of all production machines in SMD-Line, e.g. Solder paste printer, Pick & Place and Reflow-System \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage change overs and control first samples \xe2\x80\xa2 Adjust machine parameters and perform corrections \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain SMD component library and create new components \xe2\x80\xa2 Instruct employees in machine operation \xe2\x80\xa2 Support continues improvement of production

Your qualifications
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Certificate/Diploma in Engineering Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in SMD manufacturing, especially operating machinery \xe2\x80\xa2 IPC (610) Specialist desirable \xe2\x80\xa2 High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills
