Your tasks
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Create programs for Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) and Automatically Optical Inspection (AOI) in a SMD-Assembly line \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain component library and create new components \xe2\x80\xa2 Define necessary inspection tests for components and PCBAs \xe2\x80\xa2 Operate the equipment in production, evaluate test results and repair if necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Instruct machine operators in the use of SPI and AOI \xe2\x80\xa2 Debug and optimize the test programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate error statistics

Your qualifications
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Certificate or Diploma in Engineering Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical \xe2\x80\xa2 2-3 working experience in SMD manufacturing \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in SMD manufacturing and in creating programs for AOI \xe2\x80\xa2 IPC610 Specialist and soldering experience desirable \xe2\x80\xa2 Machinery / PCBA debugging experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Logical thinking and good technical understanding \xe2\x80\xa2 High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills
