Process Technician (box Build Assembly)

Job Description
SMT Technician:
Familiar with SMT equipment and process (pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, SPI/AOI) Set up and monitor solder paste printing parameters (thickness, stencil cleaning frequency) Take and optimize reflow profiles to prevent defects (cold solder, tombstoning, bridging) Troubleshoot common SMT defects (missing components, misalignment, etc.) and escalate complex issues
DIP Technician:
1. Familiar with wave soldering machines and cutting equipment and other equipment 2. Adjust wave soldering parameters (wave height, preheat temperature, conveyor speed) 3. Inspect through-hole component insertion quality (e.g., capacitors, connectors) 4. Resolve wave soldering defects (poor wetting, voids, bridges) and support root cause analysis General Duties: ? Follow SOPs strictly for standardized operations Document process parameters accurately and help Engineer to do documents. Maintain 5S and ESD compliance in work area.
Job Requirements
1. 1+ years of SMT/DIP process technician experience is preferred 2. Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and common soldering defects 3. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork spirit.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
