Position overview

allnex invites you to join our dynamic Production team as Process Technician in Melaka, Malaysia . In this role, you will carry out and monitor the process of resins to ensure finished goods meet the required specifications and quality. Responsibilities

• Carry out resins process activities for each batch and perform process control and analysis throughout the process to guarantee final products meet the required quality and specifications in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Correct the resins/raw material mixture in the reactor, thinning tank/buffer tank, and other vessels as needed.
• Troubleshoot with the appropriate team members when required.
• Monitor in process parameters.
• Check the raw material in the batching area/production floor, hot room, and peroxide house, before the operator performs the hoisting/loading.
• Verify the final resin specifications, conduct sampling and analysis, and validate the quality/specifications before forwarding to the lab for additional testing.
• Perform loading, sucking, drumming, filter change, standby drum, hoisting, and capping.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the process lab, control room, Synthese used drum area, used raw material drum area, and production area, including the cooling warehouse.
• Ensure that all work is done in line with the Company\'s rules and regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environments requirements.

Required skills and experience

• 1 - 2 years of experience in the related field; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Desire to to grow and learn more about our chemical processes.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Have attention to detail.
• Can maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Have an excellent attendance record.
• A forklift driver\'s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field of study.
