JOBS DESCRIPTION:
1. Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers based on project or material requirements.
2. Prepare and maintain quotation comparison sheets to support supplier selection and decision-making.
3. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods and services.
4. Update weekly project progress reports and assist with relevant documentation.
5. Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
6. Handle multiple ongoing projects efficiently and support the team to meet deadlines.
7. Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and project documentation accurately and systematically.
8. Perform administrative and clerical support related to procurement and project management.
9. Carry out ad hoc tasks and assignments as requested by management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or project administration, preferably in construction, solar, or engineering industries.
3. Experience in issuing Purchase Orders (POs) and handling supplier documents.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
5. Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Fast learner, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive working attitude.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project tracking tools.
