We're looking for a Procurement & Admin Executive to join our growing team! If you have experience in cabinetry and enjoy handling purchasing and admin work, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Handle purchasing and sourcing of cabinetry and interior materials Liaise with suppliers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and keep records updated Monitor stock and ensure materials are ready for ongoing projects Support the team with general admin and coordination work
What we're looking for:

Experience in procurement/admin, preferably in cabinetry or interior design Familiar with cabinetry materials, fittings, and suppliers Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) Organized, responsible, and able to multitask Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
