Job Description

Job Scope

:

New Product Code Generation

: Generate new item codes for products to ensure accurate inventory tracking and system updates.

Purchase Order Assistance

: Support the Product Manager in issuing purchase orders (POs) for procurement needs.

Excel Reporting

: Prepare sell-out and buy-in reports using advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Pivot Tables to analyze data efficiently.

Vendor Claims Submission

: Handle the submission of claims to vendors, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.

Claim Monitoring and Updates

: Perform weekly checks on pending claims and provide updates to ensure smooth progress.

PowerPoint Preparation

: Create PowerPoint presentations summarizing claim processes and updates for the Product Manager's presentations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
