Massive expansion here and we are currently looking for highly motivated individuals that has Procurement/Sourcing experience for my client who has multinational presence around the world. Clients that we are working with stems across various industries such as manufacturing, chemical, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and services.Job description:Supplier Management and Negotiations:

• Independently handle negotiations with suppliers for designated materials and services, following the preferred vendor list.
• Collaborate with the Local Buyer to support Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
• Work with internal Business Partners to streamline specifications and reduce supplier complexity.
• Prepare and execute parts of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process

Continuous Improvement and Issue Resolution:

• Analyze and resolve issues related to invoicing and order placement.
• Lead projects, SR requests, CI activities, and tactical process improvements.
• Address issues related to procurement processes and SAP system functionality.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational excellence and process documentation.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance:

• Oversee supplier onboarding, ensuring adherence to K-C Vendor Due Diligence.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations.
• Meet cost-saving targets and enhance company working capital.
• Conduct procurement self-audits, report findings, and propose compliance measures
• Provide timely updates on Outline Agreements and vendor master data, ensuring compliance with SLAs.

Requirements:

• End to end procurement knowledge for indirect and direct materials.
• Knowledge in vendor and contract management
• Commercial background with an interest in entering shared services
• Regional or shared services exposure is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
• Advantageous to have mandarin/ japanese/korean speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in procurement / tactical sourcing / vendor and contract management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
