Procurement Analytics (healthcare Industry)

Job Description
This role is responsible to monitor, track and support different procurement performance monitoring, governnance and procurement best practices at regional and country levels in Source-to-Contract, Risk Management, Procurement Sustainability, etc.
- Provides support to procurement to ensure adequate support and advice on procurement processes and systems
- Analyses information to determine project requirements, determines best procurement arrangements and agrees action plan with project stakeholders
- Keeps up to date knowledge of best practices and new developments of processes and systems and shares with the team as necessary
- Supports the planning, managing, and monitoring of procurement governance and performance and projects from concepts to implementation, or provides expert technical support to project manager
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 6-8 years procurement, purchasing, buyer, analytic, reporting, finance planning and controlling or relevant experience
- Added advantage for candidates who have experienced in using Power BI, Advanced Excel for reporting purpose
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Exposure to working with counterparts internationally
