Job Responsibility Strategic Sourcing Excellence: Lead the charge in identifying and collaborating with local and abroad suppliers to ensure optimal costing and product quality, aligning with our commitment to excellence. Efficient Supply Management: Manage the end-to-end ordering process, ensuring minimal lead times while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the supply chain. Smart Inventory Control: Utilize Business Intelligence data to strike the perfect balance between preventing stockouts and excess inventory, ensuring uninterrupted operations. Supplier Relationship Cultivation: Foster strong and productive relationships with suppliers, mutually enhancing outcomes and creating value for all stakeholders involved. Agile Market Response: Stay attuned to market insights and trends, enabling swift adjustments to demand forecasts and positioning us to seize emerging opportunities. Operational Support: Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Procurement Department, contributing to the seamless functioning of our operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with departments such as Sales & Marketing, enriching agility and driving excellence across the organization. Data Integrity and Efficiency: Accurately input and maintain crucial product and supplier data in relevant databases, employing your proficiency in data management tools. Strategic Pricing Alignment: Align pricing strategies and implementation with company directives, ensuring that our pricing setup remains on course. Job Requirements Degree in any field, particularly those related to healthcare, will be an advantage. 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement roles, ideally within the healthcare sector, showcasing your mastery in sourcing and supplier management. Demonstrate robust analytical and strategic thinking skills, complemented by effective negotiation abilities. Flourish in fast-paced environments, adeptly managing stress while maintaining top-tier performance. Exhibit a sound understanding of procurement regulations and ethical practices, ensuring unwavering adherence to company policies, legal mandates, and ethical standards. Possess fluent proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus. Navigate enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with ease, specifically for procurement-related tasks.
