: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers. Criteria: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong computer skills, and reporting tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team player, self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative \xe2\x80\xa2 To take reasonable care for your own health and safety \xe2\x80\xa2 Respect time and dateline given \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate issues and defend position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quick learner and problem solver Position Requirements: Min Diploma or Degree in the related field Additional Requirement: Expected can be contacted after working hours, non-working days during the weekend and on leave Benefits: Increment based on Performance Allowance: Attendance Allowance
