Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work discipline and ability to follow procedures
- High sense of responsibility and accountability
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams regarding ordering, stock levels, delivery schedules, and product-related matters
- Support the Sales Admin team in handling customer orders
- Assist with stock planning and inventory monitoring together with the warehouse
- Responsible for sourcing products and negotiating pricing with suppliers
- Manage purchasing of company consumables and ensure sufficient supply
