Requirements:

  • Based at Klang Showroom
Scopes:
  • Manage purchasing daily processing cycle from response to Purchase Request, get quotation, Purchase Order issuance, product specifications verification and pricing issue, follow up shipment and etc.
  • Create, maintain and update Item Code/Kitset Code in system
  • Coordinate with Sales Team and Logistics & Warehouse Department to maintain minimum stock levels
  • Responsible to product sourcing, negotiation and purchase materials, packaging and deliveries from local
and/or overseas vendors * Maintain and update purchasing records/data and pricing in system
  • Perform general administrative tasks include printing job monitoring.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of
office equipment and facilities * Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior/Management from time to time
