Scopes:
Manage purchasing daily processing cycle from response to Purchase Request, get quotation, Purchase Order issuance, product specifications verification and pricing issue, follow up shipment and etc.
Create, maintain and update Item Code/Kitset Code in system
Coordinate with Sales Team and Logistics & Warehouse Department to maintain minimum stock levels
Responsible to product sourcing, negotiation and purchase materials, packaging and deliveries from local
and/or overseas vendors * Maintain and update purchasing records/data and pricing in system
Perform general administrative tasks include printing job monitoring.
Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of
office equipment and facilities * Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior/Management from time to time
