*Issue PR/PO
*Do GR/ IP When it require
*Air-ticket MCR
*Stationary Purchase
*Follow up and get PO approval signature
*Email/send out PO to vendor for acknowledge
*Handle vendor P-Q for Singapore
*Reimbursement of Petty Cash / Payment Voucher for Procurement team if require
*Update attendance and Submit of Odd Clocking Report for Procurement team eg OT \xe2\x80\xa6 act
*Submit of Medical Certificate / Claim for Procurement team
*Assist training attendance records upon training
*Set up training equipment (eg: laptops, projector, rooms) for trainer upon training
*Assist for Bid tab approval from management upon confirmation *Distribute internal & external mails *Handle Purchase of Stationary and Air-ticket *Taking Minutes of Meeting for procurement Meeting Additional Task \xc2\xb7 Facility Committee \xc2\xb7 Master Control of Soft Copy MCR . Do Training for SAP on PR/PO GR and IP Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Application Question(s):

Experience:
  • procurement assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
