Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Source and establish new suppliers and vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and logistics providers.
Negotiate contracts to achieve cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.
Manage procurement budgets, monitor project timelines, and ensure cost control.
Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including import, warehousing, and transportation activities.
Prepare procurement performance and savings reports for management/C-Level review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as supplier disruptions or customs issues.
Lead ESG initiatives in procurement to reduce carbon emissions, minimize waste, and prioritize sustainable vendors (e.g., ISO 14001 certified).
Maintain procurement SOPs, documentation, and audit trails.
Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain within the
EPCC (Solar), building construction
, or related industries.
