Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Lead to take full ownership of our F&B group's internal ordering, vendor management, and end-to-end procurement processes. Acting as the central hub between outlets, the central kitchen, vendors, and internal teams, this role ensures that all supply needs from daily ingredients to packaging, and from marketing materials to new outlet setups are fulfilled efficiently, cost-effectively, and with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the main point of contact for all internal ordering requests from outlets Oversee and manage the company's OpenCart internal ordering system; ensure timely processing of all outlet requests. Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for every order made through the system. Build and maintain strong relationships with all existing suppliers and explore new ones to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery. Conduct sourcing, quotation comparisons, and supplier evaluations for both existing and new outlets. Handle procurement for marketing materials and support the marketing team's sourcing needs (e.g., props, packaging, uniforms, premiums). Coordinate routine delivery schedules between the central kitchen and outlets, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Collaborate with warehouse, kitchen, and outlet PICs to monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking. Perform Purchase Order (PO) matching with supplier invoices for general store purchases. Conduct monthly stock take and reporting for the general store to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability. Lead sourcing and procurement setup for new outlet openings, including kitchen equipment, smallwares, packaging, and more. Liaise with operations, marketing, and design teams to fulfill all outlet startup needs on time and within budget.

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations in the F&B or retail industry. Proven leadership in managing multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Experience using ordering or procurement platforms (OpenCart experience is an advantage). Strong negotiation, comparison, and cost-analysis skills. Highly organized, with the ability to handle high-volume and multi-brand ordering. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
