Procurement Assistant
Job Description
1. Update tracking report
2. Follow up delivery with vendor
3. Follow delivery order or invoice
4. Vendor registration and evaluation
5. Preparing procurement report
6. Communicating with customer about order status, answering question about products and service, and resolving issues
7. Work directly with suppliers
8. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulation regarding procedures and best practices.
9. Well versed about Medical or Healthcare instruments.
