Job Description

Responsibilities:

To support direct and indirect materials planning, purchasing and inventory control To be responsible for cost negotiation, quotation comparison To be responsible for purchasing related duties such as purchase order issuance, follow up expected delivery and payment or etc To request inventory report from 3rd party packer, responsible to ensure report are available as per schedule/ as and when needed. To coordinate between sales team, planner, warehouse, supplier for delivery date, DO & relevant documents, transportation arrangement for finished goods or raw material. To liaison with supplier/vendor to solve delivery or quality issues and ensure the quality of purchase of goods and service meet the internal pre-set standard for direct and indirect materials Participate as a team in planning / purchasing to ensure the smooth supply of material from supplier to mass production Update record for DO & PO tracking file, payment verification, record and e-filing. To support stock take schedule by the management at EIG and other warehouse. To support job task assigned by Senior Executive. To take up additional assignment given by the Management from time to time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
