Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors
Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
Resolve supply, quality, and service issues with vendors
Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Maintain GRN and submit documents to account for payment
Filling process
Find a new potential vendor
Update Ordering Form Control List
Any other ad-hoc task will be inform by superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
At least a Diploma/Degree in any field
Minimum 2 years working experience in Procurement/Logistic/Supply Chain Field
Good command of English, writing, reporting, and speaking skills.
Good technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Able to oversee other related scope of work such as Documentation, Procurement & Co-ordination.
Possess good negotiation skills, analytical and commercial inclined.
Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with various levels of management, clients, and employees.
High level of computer literacy and reporting capability
