Role Summary

This Role will report into Procurement Team Leader, Operations Administrators are the responsible for providing operational support for Dedalus Supply Chain Management in their engagement with their Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) with the Transitioning Company

Job Functions

Key functions of this role include:

  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues with the TSA arrangement with the Transitioning company before they become problems
  • Provide internal customer service to stakeholders in the broader Dedalus business and Supply Chain Management by keeping them informed of progress of transactions
  • Provide escalation Point for Dedalus staff and Supply Chain Management for Operational issues regarding the TSA with Transitioning company
  • Identify trends or patterns of issues that occur regularly and contribute to process improvement initiatives to provide permanent solutions to those issues.
  • Provide assistance to the Contract Administration Team when required by assisting with the upload of contracts to the Contract Database.
  • Ad hoc General \xe2\x80\x98helpdesk\xe2\x80\x99 in how to use the systems
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
Challenges & Problem Solving
  • Assist the Supply Chain Management Team and the Dedalus business in the resolution of any operational problems related to procurement
  • Provide a high level of ownership and customer service when handling issues with a resolution beyond their immediate control
Education & Experience

Essential
  • 2 years data entry experience
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Mature attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team Player capable of working independently
  • Enjoys a collaborative team environment
  • Enjoys people contact and able to develop good relationships with internal and external customers, team members and managers
  • Ability to handle change

Work Environment
  • Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
