Fast Career Progression * Hybrid Working ArrangementMy client is currently looking for highly motivated individuals that has Supply Chain & Procurement experience for my client who has multinational presence around the world.Job description:

• Implement and oversee procurement processes in line with sourcing, purchasing, and corporate policies.
• Collect, manage, and ensure the accuracy of data related to rates, catalogs, supplier performance, and purchase orders.
• Handle tactical purchasing tasks, including processing non-catalogue requisitions, requesting and analyzing competitive bids, selecting suppliers, and managing quality, delivery terms, and specifications.
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, and coordinate approvals for contract content.
• Provide first-level support by addressing issues, managing master data changes, and clarifying order confirmations, invoices, and delivery details.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring tenders, negotiations, and supplier management.
• Enter and update supplier and vendor information in databases, and track the status of purchases and orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in P2P / Order Management
• Proficiency in English and Thai - reading, writing & speaking.
• Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
