Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangors: * Spend Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze and manage procurement spend, ensuring accuracy through data collection, cleansing, and classification.
• Monitor expenditure trends to enhance procurement efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
• Track supplier performance to meet key deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Vendor Master Data & Third-Party Risk Management

• Oversee the Third-Party Risk Management process, ensuring vendors comply with due diligence standards.
• Manage and maintain an up-to-date Preferred Supplier List, supporting accurate vendor setup and updates.
• Provide ongoing support to procurement teams regarding vendor creation, maintenance, and risk management.
• Process & System Support

• Serve as the primary contact for business users, offering guidance on procurement processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of procurement priorities and objectives.
• Support troubleshooting and process optimization, ensuring the resolution of issues and proactive risk management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by staying informed on industry best practices and process enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree certification in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in procurement, process management, or any equivalent is preferred.
• Proficient in English writing and speaking communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Candidates who have knowledge in Procurement System are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in data analysis and financial management
• Proven track record in effectively managing multiple projects and tasks.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
