Open Position: Senior Procurement Specialist (MNC Shared Services Company)
A reputable Shared Services company is hiring for Senior Procurement Specialist to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 4 years working experience working in Procurement department covering IT products such as Desktop, Laptop, Network, Server, Software Licensing and etc
- Good experience in performing purchasing tasks covering supplier & vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase order and etc
- Continuously maintaining the best purchase price and the highest level of quality, reliability and services with IT based suppliers and vendors
- Identify and lead regional IT procurement and sourcing projects with existing or new service providers and vendors
- Develop short-term and long-term procurement pipelines that drive total value, including cost savings, KPIs, supplier relationship management and etc.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
