Job Description


  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistantor relevant role.
  • Multitask and independently manage every task and knowledge of office policies and procedures.
  • Experience with office management tools and Computer literacy
(MS Office / Excel / Word software, in particular).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
  • Managed important emails and documents for higher executives.
  • Be flexible to handle unexpected changes of schedules, places, or other task. assigned to you. Be open to suggestions from your higher executives and other employees.
  • Preferable that have experience in government portal.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.
