Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistantor relevant role.
Multitask and independently manage every task and knowledge of office policies and procedures.
Experience with office management tools and Computer literacy
(MS Office / Excel / Word software, in particular).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Collaboration and teamwork skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
Managed important emails and documents for higher executives.
Be flexible to handle unexpected changes of schedules, places, or other task. assigned to you. Be open to suggestions from your higher executives and other employees.
Preferable that have experience in government portal.
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.
