Job Description

Key Responsible:

Interface with internal and external business partners to outline business requirements and terms to determine and execute the best sourcing approach to meet business and project needs Establish and manage relationships with third party suppliers in line with company business and performance expectations Sourcing, identify and develop a supplier pool to deliver the best value that contributes to the project's requirements Establish and monitor supplier performance including periodic reviews, plan and coordinate supplier audit. Regularly update and maintain the approved Supplier List based on qualification criteria and performance evaluations. Coordinate new materials/ chemicals and new supplies' material/ chemical compliance evaluation and trial evaluation & approval Support purchasing excellence by ensuring adherence to company technical and quality assurance standards Responsible for PO issuance, liaising with suppliers, and tracking delivery progress to ensure timely delivery of goods. Prepare and update procurement-related reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Perform any other ad-hoc duties designated by Superior or the Management as and when required.
Requirement

Possess at least aSPM, Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiencein sourcing, procurement, or supply chain. Strongcommunication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proficient inMicrosoft Office, particularlyMS Excel. Must be able to commit to a 3-month temporary.
