As a Procurement Compliance Analyst at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring that Micron operates within legal, regulatory and industry standards. You will collaborate with your team members and stakeholders across Micron\xe2\x80\x99s global sites, drive monitoring and assess compliance with internal policies and external requirements, identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies across business functions and geographic areas. You will participate in cross-functional initiatives in managing and monitoring compliance and establish a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Compliance Expertise

• Apply working knowledge of all relevant policies and regulations to maintain compliance of business operations.
• Apply knowledge of Micron products and/or business processes to support regulatory activities with the business, suppliers, and customers.

Reporting, Auditing and Program Administration

• Apply strong attention to detail to reporting, auditing and investigations.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, report nonconformities, and manage mitigations and/or corrective action planning.
• Manage compliance programs using an organized and results-focused approach to achieve all goals within budget, timeline and scope constraints.
• Review of procurement spend to identify abnormalities that need to be investigated further.
• Establish and update policies and procedures concerning compliance when needed.
• Develop the training for Procurement team members and key stakeholders on policies, responsibilities, and expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering

• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, regulatory agencies and business partners to ensure compliance.
• Translate communicated needs and requirements into action plans and reports.
• Articulate expectations and actions needed to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support Global Procurement Compliance communication efforts.

Requirements Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Legal, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of procurement and/or compliance-related experience.
• Knowledgeable of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source-to-pay processes) preferred
• Proficiency in O365, Sharepoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Asia or other non-US locations is desirable but not a must.
• Proven experience working effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
